GenPro supplies the highest quality batteries that will provide renewable energy systems with years of trouble free sevice, specializing in Surrette, Deka, Trojan, Union and Concorde solar batteries. Renewable energy battery banks can provide years of reliable power storage from wind and solar sources. The key to a long lasting battery bank is utilizing a high quality battery and properly scheduled maintenance.

Our selection includes both 2V, 6V and 12V models of Flooded, Gel and AGM - Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) batteries.

Flooded batteries have a longer lifespan and cost less, but require more maintenance as they have to be filled/refilled with water periodically. If you're needing a maintenence-free battery you might choose Gel or AGM batteries, which are sealed. AGM batteries are a sealed flooded battery and therefore do not require refill. Gel batteries are also completely sealed and work well in hotter environments.

Surrette's Series 4000 system of batteries, manufactured specifically for renewable energy applications, are designed to offer up to 12 years of life and an 84 month warranty.
