"Powerful Solutions for Our Changing World"

PV Mounting

GenPro provides PV mounting solutions by Unirac, a leader in the PV mounting industry for quality designs, durability and a variety of designs for ground, rooftop, and structure mounting systems to accomodate the needs of any type of solar array installation.

Ground Mount

Unirac's ground mount arrays start at 3 kilowatts, but are only limited by the size of your site. Big power production requires reliable components to ensure your array can be assembled with full confidence and will maintain its integrity through many years.

Use the SolarMount bottom-clip mounting option to pre-assemble rows for large arrays, a huge cost savings for large commercial projects. Cover landfill sites with rows of our Ground Mount solutions, turning previously unused land into an energy-making opportunity. Combine U-LA components with installer-supplied steel pipe to create a cost-effective mounting solution that has grown with the vision of the PV industry.

Regardless of your choice, Unirac provides a ten year limited warranty for all their systems.

ISYS

The fastest, strongest, most revolutionary PV ground mount solution ever!

Designed to deliver the most cost effective systems with the most responsive and scalable supply chain, ISYS Ground Mount has an industry leading installation rate of more than 10 modules per man-hour.

The extreme strength to weight ratio of components make IGM the clear choice for large scale PV projects.

IGM is assembled in the field, not built. The components require zero fabrication – no field welding, drilling, or cutting. Through smart design and pre-fabricated sub-assemblies, IGM is one of the fastest systems to install with the least amount of labor.

Optimized for projects ranging from 500 kilowatts to gigawatts, IGM structural materials come from a single source specifically packed and custom designed for each customer’s module and site conditions. Unirac recommends ULA for projects under 500kW.

Warranty terms are defined in project sales agreements.

SolarMount Tilt

SolarMount is the most versatile PV mounting rail system on the market today. We've engineered installer-friendly components for maximum flexibility, allowing you to solve virtually any PV mounting challenge.

The universal SolarMount rail system has two options which can be assembled into a wide variety of PV mounting structures to accommodate any job site.

Unirac provides a technical support system complete with installation and code compliance documentation, an on-line estimator and design assistance to help you solve the toughest challenges.

SolarMount® Rail Options:

SolarMount Rail HD (heavy duty) rail adds strength to PV PoleTops, U-LAs and custom applications requiring long spans. SolarMount Standard rail gives you ultimate flexibility with bottom mounting and tilt-up options.

Maximum flexibility
  • Flush, high-profile or low-profile configurations
  • Roof or ground mount
  • Pitched or flat roof
Ease of installation
  • Installer-friendly components
  • Minimized penetration with longer attachment spans than competitive products
  • Designed with customer input
Complete technical support
  • Installation and code compliance documentation
  • Online estimator
  • Person-to-person customer service

Unirac Large Array (U-LA)

Unirac Large Arrays start at 3 kilowatts, but their size is limited only by the size of your ground site or the structural strength of your flat roof.

We design U-LAs for a wider range of site and climactic challenges than any other PV structure on the market. U-LA aluminum or steel components merge with SolarMount rails and installer-supplied steel pipe (readily available) to form durable, rigid truss structures.

It's a cost-effective mounting solution that has grown with the vision of the PV industry. Today, U-LA customers routinely reap hundreds of kilowatts to megawatts per installation.

Versatility
  • Custom-designed arrays for ground or flat roof applications
  • Design software to ensure minimum attachments without overstressing any roof member
  • Optimal tilt angle and array clearance over other rooftop equipment
  • Accommodates uneven, rocky, sloping terrain or heavy costal winds
Value
  • Better alternative than designing from scratch
  • Lightweight components ship economically and combine easily with installer-supplied Schedule 40 or 80 steel pipe, available everywhere
Ease of installation
  • Uses SolarMount standard and HD (heavy duty) rails
  • Ready with design documentation and testing reports
Strength
  • Capable of withstanding Zone 4 seismic events or extreme wind or snow loads
  • Diagonally braced
