Sales and Returns Policy
GenPro Energy Solutions, LLC. Definition of a Sale:
A Sale involves the purchase of a product or service defined by exchanging funds in the form of a check, credit-card, money order, wire-transfer or the buyer issuing a Purchase Order for a product or service.
Return & Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your GenPro purchase of a regularly stocked item, please call 1-605-341-9920 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 15 business days of the purchase transaction of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment with the exception of a 25% restocking fee. If the product has been received the product must be returned to GenPro Energy Solutions within 15 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All Custom ordered product will require a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled at anytime during the build process. All stocking products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges incurred. GenPro is not a freight company and therefore we cannot guarantee shipping times without a written guarantee issued by GenPro. Warranties are to be in accordance with the Manufacturer's Written Warranty Statement.
Please note that GenPro Energy Solutions, LLC. does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
1. Electronic Components such as PCB boards, charge controllers etc.
2. Opened Fluids (Oil, coolants or hydraulic)
Shipping Notes:
GenPro Energy Solutions is not responsible for courier transit times or delays. If guaranteed delivery is required please inquire with GenPro shipping department and ask for a guaranteed rate quote.
All shipments should be inspected upon delivery before signing, and any damages should be noted with the courier. GenPro Energy Solutions does not take responsibility for products damaged in transit.
GenPro Energy Solutions, LLC. recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to GenPro Energy Solutions, LLC. or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
